Châtaignier disposes of an entrance hallway, two bedrooms with double beds, wardrobe, desk, a bathroom with shower, WC, bidet shower, a living room with sofa (convertible in a double bed), a dining table (extendable up to 6 places), and a full equipped kitchen (fridge, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, cutlery) and wide windows on the South.
The natural light gives the ambient a relaxing atmosphere, thanks to the wide windows that look directly on the mountains, provided with light coloured curtains.

All prices shown are related to the follow pack: one night for 2 guests, a surcharge is intended for every additional guest with the exception of children who use the same bed as their parents ;
The check-in is possible from 15.00 and the check-out within 10.00 (we demand to warn us with advance in case of check-in after 18) ;
Smoking is forbidden ;
Pets are allowed with a surcharge of 20 euros. The pets have to be on a leash in the common areas and in the botanic garden ;
Tourist tax in the region of Quart is of 0,20 euros per night and per person (from 14 years old) and it will be debited in addition to the price of the apartment ;

The price includes cleaning once per week for every stay covering more than 7 days, with a change of linens and towels;
Final cleaning for every stay;
WiFi, smart TV, hairdryer, coat hangers, towels, and linens are available to the guests;
Are also available: soap, toilet paper, shower gel, dishwasher tablets and dish towels, an outer parking space and one in the garage, internal places for motorbikes, bikes and ski;
